- My Next Move This new tool, which is free for all users, gives individuals several alternative ways to search for occupations (including the new on-line O*NET Interest Profiler). It provides an easy-to-read, one-page profile of each occupation, including essential knowledge, skills, abilities, and technologies; simplified salary and employment outlook information, as well as links to specific training and employment opportunities.

Services for Employers
The Elkins One Stop helps employers find qualified workers. We have the largest available base of job seekers looking for work throughout the State. We also have intrastate and interstate referral capability. There is no charge for this service.
- Match customer qualifications such as education, work experience and skills with the requirements of the job opening.
- Recruitment, testing and screening services to assist employers in locating and evaluating qualified job seeking customers.

When posting a job order, you can help us serve you better by having the following information ready when you contact Job Service:
- The name of your firm, address, telephone number, and FEIN.
- The name of the person(s) to contact and how to reach them.
- How prospective applicants should arrange for an interview.
- The job's title, pay details, hours and work schedule.
- Specific job duties and any special working conditions or hazards.
- Screening requirements, such as minimum experience, special training, education, skills or abilities, and tools or licenses.
